Female fertility hypnosis
Female infertility is defined as an inability to conceive after a year of unprotected sexual intercourse or for six months for women over 35. According to the NHS, female fertility issues can stem from many various factors including ovulation problems, Fallopian tubal issues, uterine problems, endometriosis, or an unexplained cause.
-
Ovulation problems: this is occurs when the ovaries don’t release an egg regularly or at all.
- Hormonal imbalances: conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), thyroid problems, high prolactin levels are some of the conditions that can disrupt ovulation.
-
-
Tubal problems: a blockage or damage of the Fallopian tubes can prevent the egg fertilization or the fertilized egg from reaching the uterus. Pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, sexually transmitted infections are some of the causes of Fallopian tube damage.
-
Uterine problems: fibroids, polyps, endometriosis can all interfere with successful implantation or pregnancy.
-
Age: egg quality and quantity naturally decline with age for both sexes.
-
Lifestyle factors: smoking (cigarettes and vaping), alcohol consumption, weight (over and under), medications can impact fertility negatively.
-
Unexplained infertility: is where there is no physical cause found despite thorough investigation, the cause of infertility is unknown.
