Whilst spiders aren’t my favourite creature, I am tolerant to their presence now thanks to hypnosis. Before I tried hypnosis, I couldn’t sleep in a bedroom if I seen a spider. Times without number I would climb on a table until my partner relocated the interloper outside. Thanks to hypnosis, I can be in a room with spider without panicking. I realised just how far I had progressed last week! A large wood spider was stuck trying to balance on the surface of a tub full of water. Instead of walking away and abandoning the spider to it’s watery fate, I rescued it. To be fair, I did use a very long garden cane maintaining a safe distance between me and the spider! I had no desire to touch it!
